Fees for registration

* We will check your membership with your association, your membership number will be requested on the online registration form.

* You can only buy a passe-partoutes as a company. The passe-partoutes will give entrance to the conference for one person per day. In total three persons of your company can join the 4th International Conference on Psychosocial Factors at Work.

Registration fees include

• admission to all conference sessions, poster sessions and exhibition
• a programme & abstract book
• free acces to the welcome reception including accompanying person
• coffe, tea and lunch during meeting breaks
• free transport by bicycle or public transport

Accompanying persons

There is no special programme for accompanying persons. Participants may book extra tickets for the optional items when registering online for the conference. Tours can be booked separately through RAI Travel and Hostel Service. Accompanying persons can join in during the Welcome Reception on Monday, June 14th 2010 (free of charge). Particpants may book an extra ticket for conference dinner when registering on line for the conference.

Fees for participants from developing countries

Participants from developing countries are kindly invited to the conference.

If you like to be entitled for a grant, please send a letter with your motivation why you like to be eligible for this grant to paog@vumc.nl. Please indicate in this letter if you have already submitted an abstract (with your abstract number) and your complete contact details. Finally there will be ten persons eligible for a grant, the grant is free access to the conference. The deadline for sending a motivation letter will be March 15th.

Secure online payment

We offer secure online payment through Triple Deal, a global operating payment service provider based in the Netherlands and specialised in online and offline payment services. You can pay online by MasterCard, VisaCard or iDeal.

 

Cancellation policy

• before April 1st, 2010 - 80% on the fees will be refunded
• from April 1st until May 15th, 2010 - 60% on the fees will be refunded
• after May 15th, 2010 - no refund

Cancellations made after May 15th, 2010 as well as 'no shows' are liable for the full registration fees.

All cancellations must be made in writing PAOG Course and Congress Organisation (paog@vumc.nl).

For logistic reasons online registration will close on Wednesday June 9th, 2010. After this date we will be happy to register you on site. Credit cards will be accepted on site, too.

Accommodation

For hotel accommodation in Amsterdam we have a partnership with RAI Hotel & Travel Service. They have a vast experience and can offer you considerable savings in money, time and hassle.

 

Booking your accommodation for your stay in Amsterdam couldn't be easier. Use their online reservation system by clicking on the hotel icon below. This allows you to search for hotels by star rating and area, view a map showing the location in relation to VU University, and find detailed information about each hotel. For group bookings and tailor made advice, please contact them by e-mail.

 

Discounted room rates at the official hotels are limited so don't delay with booking your hotel as the demand for rooms in Amsterdam is high during the ICOH-WOPS 2010.
