Audio/Visual equipment: all meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop and beamer. Should you require additional audio visual equipment, please send an e-mail to paog@vumc.nl before May 1st, 2010.
Pre-conference workshops On monday the 14th of June, there is a possibility for participants to follow one of the pre-conference workshops which will be organized. We would like to invite you to submit a proposal for a pre-conference workshop. If you like to organize a pre-conference workshop, please send us an e-mail with your proposal to paog@vumc.nl.
Poster boardsThe sizes of the poster boards are 147cm (height) x 97cm (width) – portrait format.
